All are welcome. Entry is free and no membership to MOCA needed to attend. All activities will be held outside, weather permitting.
Diwali is one of the biggest Hindu festivals. It celebrates Lord Rama's defeat of the evil King Ravana and his triumphant return to his home with his wife Sita.
Diwali represents the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness and wisdom over ignorance. It is a festival of new beginnings, an auspicious day.
Diwali is like the Indian version of Christmas. Think lit up houses, brand new clothes, great food and lots of presents.
