Diwali Celebration
at MoCA Westport

On Friday, November 5th, we celebrated Diwali at MoCA Westport. Diwali is one of the biggest Hindu festivals. It celebrates Lord Rama's defeat of the evil King Ravana and his triumphant return to his home with his wife Sita. Diwali represents the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness and wisdom over ignorance. It is a festival of new beginnings, an auspicious day.
